MyPatients Privacy Policy

MyPatients is designed to store clinic and patient records on the user's device.

Data Stored in the App

The app can store patient names, contact details, diagnoses, visits, operations, medications, clinical notes, follow-up dates, attached clinical photos, and income records.

Data Collection

The app does not create an account, does not include advertising, and does not use analytics services. Patient records are not sent to our servers by the app.

Backup and Export

The user may manually export backup files, income files, reports, PDFs, or clinic letters. Once exported or shared, the user is responsible for where those files are stored or sent.

Photos and Camera

Camera and photo features are used only when the user chooses to attach clinical photos to visits or operations.

Face ID and Device Authentication

The app can use Face ID or the device passcode to protect access to medical records. Biometric data is handled by iOS and is not available to the app.

Notifications

If appointment reminders are enabled, the app schedules local notifications on the device. These reminders are not sent through our servers.
